Clonal and Microenvironment Crosstalk in DDX41-Mutant MDS
2022

Overview
Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center was awarded a $250,000 grant over two years to support early career investigator Dr. Timothy Chlon.

Details
Dr. Chlon will conduct this research with the support of his mentor Dr. Lee Grimes to study the interaction of monoallelic and biallelic DDX41-mutant hematopoietic clones with each other and the DDX41-mutant microenvironment to elucidate the role of these mutations in MDS.
