The Dresner Foundation provided $222,518 in funding to support the continued transportation services in addition to the expansion of the Downtown Youth Boxing Gym’s Transportation Program.

Details

Downtown Boxing Gym Youth Program develops good citizenship in urban youth through strong academic support, a demanding boxing program, and a connection to the community through voluntary service.

In order to ensure the continued success of the Downtown Boxing Gym’s commitment of providing every enrolled student reliable and safe transportation to and from the gym, the Dresner Foundation is helping to support the costs associated with maintaining and operating three additional vans by 2018 to continue to match the student enrollment levels.
