The Vera and Joseph Dresner Foundation awarded the Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan $96,500 to support the Food at FREC food distribution program.

Details

Through the Ford Resource and Engagement Centers (FREC), Gleaners provides low-income families with nutritious supplemental and emergency food that supports healthy physical and mental development of children. Funds will support the three major components of Food at FREC: The Mercado Food Hub, Mercado Fresh Produce, and Eastside FREC Mobile Pantry.
