The Vera and Joseph Dresner Foundation awarded Heart & Hand Center a $10,000 grant to sustain the Out-of-School Program for underserved youth in Northeast Denver.

Details

Heart & Hand Center provides intensive, long-term support for 3rd to 12th grade youth through daily after-school and summer programming. The organization employs a model of support that empowers youth to build trusting relationships with adults and enables families to meet their basic needs and navigate through crisis situations.
