Overview
The Vera and Joseph Dresner Foundation provided the Heart & Hand Center (H & H) with a  $10,000 grant to support the expansion of the  middle school Out-of-School Program for underserved youth in Northeast Denver.

Details
H & H offers long-term, multigenerational support for children and families by providing out-of-school-time programming that aims to serve students from elementary school through two years past high school graduation. The organization employs a model of support that empowers youth to build trusting relationships with adults and enables families to meet their basic needs and navigate through crisis situations.
