The Vera and Joseph Dresner Foundation awarded Lighthouse Michigan $100,000 toward the development and construction of an affordable housing complex in Oak Park.

Details

Coolidge Place is a 64-unit affordable housing development in Oak Park with 16 units set aside for Permanent Supportive Housing and a minimum of five special need units. There Lighthouse will provide voluntary, onsite and in-home support services to all Coolidge Place families with the goal of increasing overall stability among low-income households and increasing health related outcomes by integrating housing, health, and social care to address social determinants of health. Coolidge Place will ensure low-barrier admission and prioritize those with the highest needs among eligible permanent supportive housing applicants.
