The Dresner Foundation provided the Consortium with a $15,000 grant to support their Outreach and Enrollment Program

Details

The Consortium partners with school districts to disrupt the cycle of poverty by fostering student health within the educational environment. They increase the number of children who are health insured to foster long-term personal, academic, and professional achievement among all of Colorado’s youth. The grant awarded by the Dresner Foundation will support a full-time School Health Services (SHS) Coordinator who will conduct a community needs assessment and assist each participating district with an individualized outreach and enrolment plan, including connecting with available community partners.
