The Dresner Foundation provided $20,000 to the Young Americans Center for Financial Education to expand YouthBiz – Entrepreneurship Programs for Youth.

Details

From business basics, to product development, to real-life sales experience, YouthBiz is preparing Denver’s next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders. YouthBiz’s programming targets low-income, disadvantaged youth from low-income communities and diverse backgrounds ages 11-18 in Denver. Participants attend 10-15 hour programming that introduces the entrepreneurial process inspiring creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and self-direction.
